Sex parties help Virgin sell train tickets

The objective of this marketing campaign “Go greener, go cheaper” was to get people off domestic UK flights and onto more environmentally friendly Virgin trains.

Virgin trains offered 12,500 flyers free train tickets and almost 2,500 flyers took their arm off and went with the green option by cashing in their boarding cards.

This original digital marketing campaign for Virgin Trains was created by Glue London way back in 2007 and it’s still one of our favourite online marketing videos.

Who would have thought, online marketing sex could even help sell more train tickets.
