Nclud’s focus is on unique, usable and stylish designs for the web. Nclud believes that a successful web design lies on being able to work in an organized step-by-step manner. The agency’s process consists of five elaborate steps, namely, creative strategy and discovery, information design, visual design, technical design, and back-end integration or customization.

The objective of the first step is to perform analysis in order to understand a company or a brand’s internal processes, audience demographics and business objectives. The creative strategy involves executive interviews, user-research and competitive market analysis, among other things. The second step deals with understanding the architectural design of the website through a study of content, content types and hierarchies, and its relationship with the organization’s values and objectives.

The third and fourth steps involve designing. While the third step (visual design) involves establishing an aesthetic design for the brand’s identity and user-interface, the fourth step (technical design) involves coding for the likes of HTML, JavaScript and Advanced CSS, which will form the technical backbone of the project. Finally, the fifth and final step involves either collaborating with a custom built system or extending to a 3rd party content management system.

Founded in 2007, Nclud has already been nominated as Design Agency of the Year at the .Net Magazine Awards 2010.
