Gol Arilines Campaign

Gol Airlines and AlmapBBDO have come up with an innovative ad to promote the use of their new mobile app for checking in. Basically they have created an interactive digital campaign where a banner ad asks users to input their mobile number. Seconds later, they get a live call with flight instructions as the page transforms into a flying game controlled directly from your mobile.

The ad finishes by reminding customers that flying is easier when you check-in via your mobile phone. It’s a great example of what is possible with digital technology, although I suspect this campaign is bit too elaborate for its own good. However the digital community will love it, and will no doubt appreciate what AlmapBBDO are trying to achieve.
